Dr. Moeen Bhatti is a General Adult Psychiatrist, who has extensive training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. He brings with him Clinical and Research experience from within and outside of USA. Dr. Bhatti has spent several years in Clinical Research in Psychiatry where he was directly involved with Clinical Trials with major pharmaceutical companies.

Dr. Bhatti graduated from King Edward Medical University, Lahore, Pakistan and received his training in General Adult Psychiatry at Hennepin-Regions Psychiatry Residency Training Program, Twin Cities, Minnesota. He later completed a yearlong program in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Arizona Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Program in Tucson, Arizona. Currently, he is working as an Adult Psychiatrist for the State of California and also as a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist at Rebekah Children Services in California.

Dr. Bhatti patient management philosophy encompasses a bio-psycho-social model, emphasizing on exploring the factors that lead to an existing problem within a family. Using this model, he also scrutinizes the interpersonal relationships and various other psychosocial stressors. Medications are often a very important part of the treatment but in strict coherence with therapy, in order to make their impact more effective. He does this by utilizing a functional approach that helps people understand the impact of lifestyle, genetics and the environment on their health and the progression of their ailment. This thorough understanding allows Dr. Bhatti to provide not only a comprehensive but an individualized treatment plan that identifies the root cause of illness. This work mode is what allows his patients to aspire towards healing rather than symptom management.
